What support do we get?

All plans include email support. Enterprise includes dedicated event-day support and white-glove onboarding.

Can I upgrade mid-billing cycle?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
